TrakSafe™ Shout TW

The touchscreen TrakSafe Shout TW is a pocket-sized hand-held, global, two-way satellite messaging and personal tracking device. The Shout TW uses the Iridium satellite network to send location reports, two-way free-text messages and emergency notifications.

  • Ultimate peace of mind for 'off the grid' staff and the managers responsible for their safety
  • Highest level of health and safety compliance for lone workers
  • Ability to communicate with staff even when they are outside of cellular coverage
  • Reliable, military-grade hardware means reduced likelihood of breakage and confidence in use

How it Works

  • Normal Tracking - Can be programmed to automatically wake up and send a position report at set intervals (once a minute to once a day)
  • Emergency Alert - When the emergency button is pushed, an alert is sent via Smartrak's EyeQ system which can be monitored in-house or by a 3rd party
  • Free-Text Messaging - Allows users to send free-text messages via the on-screen keyboards, enabling communication when outside of cellular reception
  • Canned Messaging - Sends pre-defined messages stored in memory, saving costs by transmitting compressed communications
  • Waypoint Tracking - Lets users send and/or save a GPS location that a user wants to identify and mark with a specific name tag for future reference
  • Check-In - Allows a quick check-in message to be sent using a single key
